Wall Art NYC has a simple operation that you can understand with a few questions. Here are some questions and answers we think might help you.

Frequently asked Questions

Wall Art NYC is an e-commerce site that markets affordable, downloadable digital wall art.

At Wall Art NYC, we use San Francisco-based financial services company Stripe for payments.

All products are delivered in “1:1”, “2:3”, “3:4”, “4:5”, “5:7 (ISO)” sizes, in “.JPG” format and ready to print.

You can access the products you purchased at any time from the My Account > Downloads page.

There are several ways to print your purchased digital file. Here are some methods:

Your Opportunities: If you have a color printer, you can print your wall art file in any size you want using quality photo paper. Note: Please note that A4 paper is not suitable for photography.

Online Printing Sites: By uploading your wall art file to online printing stores such as Vistaprint.com and Shutterfly.com, you can print it in any size you want, on any material you want.

Professional Printing Centers: You can have your wall art file professionally printed by going to office supply stores like Staples and Fedex or a local print shop.

Since the digital products on our site are delivered automatically as soon as the order is placed, order cancellation is technically not possible.

Digital products are automatically delivered and made available after purchase. Downloadable and copyable digital products delivered instantly are considered used and there is no return option.

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, you can request help from the Support page.

You can use the Contact Us page for your problems other than the order.
